My geyser burst on the 11 January 2014 its a week later and still there has been no assistance.
I have been on hold with Standard Bank insurance brokers on Friday 17 jan 2014 and only been helped after 50 minutes.
Today I have been on hold for 31 minutes and still have not been assisted.
Can someone please HELP as i am very frustrated in that my geyser and ceiling are still not repair.
What am i paying insurance for???
Come on!!! is it your slack service or your incompetant service providers that is dropping the ball!!!
