Early in December 2013 I received a sms from the above bank's device department, stating that I can order a second smart device as I currently have smart device contract with Fnb, I called the number provided in the sms today to order a second device, after giving my details I was told that I don't not qualify to order a second device, whereas the sms stated I was pre approved to order a second device. My sister is using the first device I have been paying for more then a year now and wanted to order the second device for myself, payments are being made in to my gold checque account of R344.00 each month before the deduction is made, please feel free to check my account for that payments. I am very dissapointed in Fnb for advertising falsely as I have been a valued customer of the bank for the past six years. I am thus considering to close my account as soon as I can settle this contract. Very dissapointed indeed
