My Mother, May Venter, has belonged to Zestlife for at least 3 years & has never claimed before. Recently she had corneas replaced in her eyes & claimed the shortfall of the medical aid payments from Zestlife. She provided them with ALL the paperwork that she had, making it clear to them, numerous times, that the treatment was done in the Eye Clinic & NOT A HOSPITAL!!! However they are insisting on hospital accounts, and generally wasting time, sending sms's, stating that they need HOSPITAL ACCOUNTS. They have been stalling for months & have now rejected May's claim. I find their service disgraceful
