To whom it may concern
I have just noticed that there's debit orders ranging from R38 & R48 & R91 going off from my FNB account every month and this has been happening since last year as that's how far back I could check, The reference displayed on the statement differs every month however the first digits are the same, The recent ref reflects as NUDEBT STUDCOL1128Q130930 and it shows Absa Bureau Services Code 3941.
I need to know URGENTLY why is my account being debited and who authorized the debit order.
As per FNB the debit order is from ABSA Bureau Services and they said I should call this number 086000 70 70 to enquire however I could not get any assistance.
