Is the call centre qualified doctor's?

Wed, Dec 18, 2013 at 1:45 AM: Here with the email with the explanation of what happened with my fiance's claim on the 14th of December
I want to know, how to go about in future, as the lady that answered our call the night of the 14th (Thabelia) said she can not authorize the funds, as this is not a life threatening emergency. As not she nor us, could decide whether it is life threatening or not, because not one of us is doctors? But I am sure
that with her experience in the position she is, surely must have seen the history of Mr le Roux that he is treated for hypertension, which in the best of times, is life threatening, in the context that hypertension and strokes walk hand in hand normally. And as I explained that night that there is strokes and Aneurisms in his family, surely she must have thought for her self that this might be the case.
This treatment from people you trust your life and health with is not acceptable.
Please let me know how we must go about in future, or if we are at the wrong place for medical help, if we need it. And is this medical insurance just for life threatening deceases or for normal day to day medical attention?
