Over charging me

To whom it may concern

I am stick with a -R3500 on my Platinum cheque account from 3 debt orders that am only aware of 1 debt order that should be deducting. I called customer services during December to ask for assistance to stop these ebt orders from bouncing back and creating more deductions on my account but no1 could assist me only today when we my balance is -R3500 someone from Platinum suit instructs me on how to put a stop to this madness. Am very unhappy with FNB and I would like someone to please give me an urgent call to resolve this.
