UNFAIR TREATMENT

On the 12 november 2013 i lodge a claim with for a building i spoke to a gentleman called Thabang Lesimo who told me that my claim had been registerd and he will send me a claim reference and the assesor will contact me to make appointment, but to my suprise i never receive any call from the insurance nor the assessor then i phone several time to enquiry about the progress on my claim every time i was told that Thabang will contact me but he never did until when i write the email to client service on the 09 january 2014 asking if they are going to help me as i am wasting my time and money by phoning everytime and not getting any response that they can clarify me if they are rejecting my claim and it was responded that the assesor will come and the damage which he did come on the 14 january-2014.on the 15 janaury 2014 Thabang phone me and told me that my claim was rejected the reason been that the cracks that am claiming is not an incident that took place on the 01 november which i dont know where did they get that date from and when i tried to ask from Thabang he asked me why am i phoning him as there number where i can lodge my claim and he drop the phone
