Absa's website had problems and my account got locked out. Now I have to take time off at work, travel 50km to a branch, take my ID and debit card with, to get my account unlocked...! This is not acceptable! If I made the error, it is my problem! If ABSA is at fault, why does it now becomes my problem.
Because I have become just another number in the system!
Totally unacceptable!
Maybe I should invoice ABSA for my time, petrol, maintenance on my car... because they force me to correct their errors!
