I have been trying to get hold of Dial Direct's Call Centre to change beneficiaries on my policy. But no-one were able to help me. When I spoke to Wayne, he promised that someone will phone me back. He was very helpful and they phoned me back soon thereafter. The policy is now sorted out. Thanks Wayne
