I have been trying with no success to contact Standard Bank homeowners insurance, I just sit indefinitely in the queue, yesterday someone did answer after over 10 minutes of waiting. I needed to phone back, and again today have been unable to contact them.
I phoned the normal Prestige banking number who tried to get through for my but where also unsuccessful.
I asked how I can complain, but was told I have to complain directly with homeowners insurance, since I cannot get through to complain I thought Hello peter would be the easier option.
