Outsurance does not pay you R400

I queried outsurance to see if they can better my premium on my current insurance, they could not do this.

Now according to the ad if they cant beat your current insurance, they will give you R400, when they couldnt beat my current premium, they didnt even ask about the R400, they just said thank you and have a nice day.

False advertising!!!
