No one takes responsibility

On the 15th of November 2013 I made a payment to Pholosa Asset Management paying my Cell c account that was handed over to them cell number 0845032142. I used an incorrect reference number: 99022701 and only realised when I was called about non payment of which I forwarded a proof of payment to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] on the 25th of November @15h55. I called a week later to find progress but no one knew about the query was told Query Department needs to allocate these funds. On the 10th of December 2012 I called but was never assisted then at 11h08 the same day I sent another email to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] I received read notification but my emails were never acknowledged or responded to. I spoke to Tshepo on the 11th of December 2013 and he asked me to forward him the proof of payment to [Email Removed] then will take it up. I did, but nothing has been done since and finally arranged a debit order with them and they debited my account on the 15/01/2014. I called today 16/01/2014 the payment of R255 is still not updated and it only takes a proof of payment to match their suspense account. Please assist
