Shocking service from Std Bank

I applied for an overdraft on one of my business accounts in December. R150 000 was approved and me and my business partner signed sureties. Std bank said it will load the facilities. On Friday I needed the OD urgently but Std bank forgot to load it. I then send a secure message via the website, an email to the bank manager and tried in vain to phone them. No one responded and I got hold of the branch on Monday. Everyone apologized and said they will rectify the problem. Tuesday I phoned the branch. No one answered the phone. I phoned the call centre and no one helped me. I hold on for more than 45 minutes. Eventually Tshepo at the branch informed me because we did not use the OD for a month it expired and we had to resign all documents. Me and my partner resigned all documents and we were promised that the OD will be put into place immediately. I phoned the call centre and branch a minimum of 20 times and as of today we still have no OD
