1st November 2013: EMail sent to Outsurance: You advertise that you will pay out R400.00 if you cannot beat the cover by existing insurance [URL Removed] I was contacted by Outsurance last week spent over 25minutes on the phone to give all my details. I even said to the lady (think it was Wendy) that Outsurance cannot beat my existing premium etc... she asked to carry on with the call to try. Being quoted over R680.00 odd, I then said to Wendy that is way too high as I am paying R486.48 (Momentum)? No where in that conversation was I advised okay I will try get a better price than what you are paying, or that sorry we cannot beat that price and then ask me for my banking details to pay the so called R400.00 that you advertise all the time?
