My bf's car got damaged by the storm on the week of the 18th of Dec. He called miway the following day and the sent a tow truck to tow it to the nearest workshop. They refered him to a workshop which was already closed for festive. He called miway and they refered him to another workshop and they said he must pay for the tow truck as they only pay for one trip. We were shocked as it was miway's fault for not checking if the first workshop they refered him to was open or not. He was given a curtesy car for only 10days. It has been almost 4weeks and they have not even started working on his car as the workshop was still waiting for approval from miway to approve the quotation. Today he was just told by the workshop that miway has approved for them to take the car apart and check what the problem is so that they can send miway the final quotation. So from what i have gathered it takes miway one month to give a workshop approval to check a car and it looks like he will not be getting his car anytime soon and in the meantime he has to take a taxi for an hour to work. Miway can't even give him a curtesy car until his is fixed. At least give him a curtesy car until his car is ok.
