I emailed Oakhurst Insurance on Tuesday 14/01/14 asking them to contact me.
This morning (Wed 15/01) I received a call from Heather Mackenzie from Oakhurst at 9.30 in response to my request.
Heather was calm, efficient, brilliant! we went through the procedure swiftly and without any hassle and now its done!
