ABSA NOT DOING JOB AND RESPONSIBLE FOR!!!

Yesterday, 14 Jan 2014, there was activity on my ABSA account and I PHONED AND TOLD ABSA ABOUT THIS AND CANCELLED ALL MY INTERNET BANKING AND CELLPHONE BANKING.

THE SAME PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE JUST ACTIVATED MY CELLPHONE BANKING!!!

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???

I GAVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS TO CANCEL MY INTERNET BANKING AND CELLPHONE BANKING AND NOT LET IT BE ACTIVATED!!!

YO DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS - MY LAWYER JUST INFORMED ME THIS IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND I AM GOING TO SUE ABSA FOR ALL MONETARY LOSSES!!!

CANCEL MY CELLPHONE BANKING AND INTERNET BANKING AND DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE BUT ME WITH MY ID DOCUMENT INSIDE A ABSA BRANCH TO RE_ACTIVATE IT!!!

LET ME KNOW WHEN IT IS DONE IMMEDIATELY!!!

I AM TAKING THIS AS FAR IN THE COURTS AND WILL SUE ABSA FOR ALL LOSSES AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND I AM NOW GOING TO THE SAPS TO OPEN A CASE OF AGAINST ABSA AS WELL!!!
