I was offered a lower premium by another insurer i called the mi-way call center to request a review of my policy, the person who assisted me did not ask why, what, how she just reviewed it as she saw fit and emailed me the revised policy. Just as i was about to cross-over Martha called me to discuss the revised policy, her personal approach, positive energy and excellent people skills so us finding common ground i walked away with a good premium and she walked away with a happy client. 10/10 Martha
