I'd like to take the time to thank Rosdien from the Telesure Assessment Centre in La Lucia, Durban, for his friendly and efficient service. I arrived a few minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment, and I was welcomed in with an offer of tea or coffee. Rosdien engaged me in the assessment process, explaining and answering my questions. The assessment was over in less than 15 minutes. A most pleasant experience.
