I am extremely upset with Discovery Insure after being sold! I decided to insure my vehicle through Discovery Insure (even at a higher premium than my current insurer) as I have always had a great experience with Discovery. Right now I am disgust to say the least. I was told (on recoded phone call) that Discovery would come to me to install the DQ Track device. Upon phoning to book the appointment, I was told that on my plan, I have to go to to Discovery to have this install. I don't have time, and Discovery does not have any convenient slots for this to happen... The was I see it, if I provide any wrong information to Discovery, they won't pay my claim, but its a different story when they give me wrong information, I must just deal with it!! If I do not get someone here to install the device, I WILL cancel this policy! This is a clear indication that Discovery Insure is unreliable and untrustworthy. I have had such headaches trying to sort this can. Managers can never be spoken to, the phone gets put down in your ear and you get fed left right and centre.
