Poor service

I applied for a loan and I was approved. Firstly, the call centre agent who was finalizing the sales process asked me to email my supporting documents to [Email Removed] which I did last Thursday 9 January 2014. The following day I received an sms stating that I must send the documents to [Email Removed] which I did the same day. I received no feedback and I called the call centre on Monday 13th to confirm if everything was in order. I was told that the documents were not received. I sent the documents again on Monday to both addresses and I received no further feedback. On Tuesday when I called to follow up I was told that my proof of residence needs to be A4 size which did not make sense as the document I scanned was A4 already. I was also told that my copy was unclear which did not make sense either as the document was scanned and emailed. I would understand if it was a faxed document.

I'm mostly disappointed by the lack of communication and follow up from their side as this showed me that they don't bother calling their clients. To this day I'm still waiting for a pay out.
