STANDARD BANK INSECURE SYSTEMS

On the 13th of December, my Standard bank account was accessed by another. They Transfered R1000 from my credit card to my Cheque Account and then sent it to a cell phone for collection on their side. I emiadiately contacted Standard bank and got a Reference number on the. My Internet banking and Credit card aswell as my Cheque Card was frozen. I have since gotten new card and when i went to go collect them at the bank, I have Phoned standard banks department on a number of occasions and almost Three weeks ago a woman on the other end of one of those calls, said " A Member of Standard bank will Phone me EVERY new week to let me know What is happening!!! LIKE I SAY THAT WAS THREE WEEKS AGO!!! Now if you owe a bank money they are very quick to take the money owing to them. NOW I HAD ENTRUSTED STANDARD BANK WITH MY MONEY AND THERE SYSTEM WAS COMPRIMISSED, NOW I WAQNT MY MONEY BACK . IM SICK OF THIS STANDARD BANK!!! 1
