Long story short after paying my credit card in full, but wanting answers to the issues caused by their incompetence and people promising to do certain things over the phone and then those people just never do it and disappear, I went into the bank asking for audio logs on a certain day, the lady in the bank CC'd me in her mail, requesting the logs for the day in question, and yet their head office, up and until now, has not yet replied to their own employees' mail or sent me any of the audio tapes for the day in question. The reason for the tapes was that I gave them details that they claim to never have received, funny how they always waste your time on the phone by mentioning the call will be recorded and yet when trying to get the info recorded is such a hassle...
