How can they???

In 2003/2004 acc has been opened. Last payment regarding account was payed in total in 2009. Amount for R9000.00. Now after 5 years i receive a phone call, that an amount of R9966 is still outstanding.
i have been put on ITC for this, and been blacklisted. After acc has been paid i have not received any communication from anybody at Std Bank. So how can they now suddenly phone and say i still owe money. The account has been paid in full, and i request that Std Bank clear my name from ITC and take it off from blacklisting. because of this i cant go on with my personal life, i cant even get loans. This is really bad service. it actually shows that they are . hope this problem can be cleared ASAP so that my name can be cleared. thank you.
