E-BUCKS LOST DUE TO FNB EMPLOYEE'S BAD SERVICE

Early last year we ordered Cheque account cards at the gentleman handling Business accounts. I think he was one of the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with at FNB. After sitting there for longer than two hours being assisted he gave us tempory cards. Informing us that he already ordered our Cheque cards and that we would have to collect it as soon as we receive a sms. I asked him if we will be receiving ebucks on the tempory cards - he replied yes and we left. We waited for the sms but nothing was received. When one of my partners and I eventually had a chance to go to the bank together to follow up on our cards we were informed that no cards were ordered. We were happy with our cards (tempory) as they were still working and left. In November 2013 when our tempory cards were damaged we returned to the bank to order new cards. We were given tempory cards once again and our cheque cards were ordered. I informed the lady that I see our ebucks stays the same and asked if we receive ebucks on temporary cards, her reply was again yes. I phone the ebucks department to find out why we don't receive ebucks-was because we need cheque cards. Now for 1 year we lost out on ebucks
