My car needed to be towed and Miway sent a towing company who came with the wrong towing vehicle to tow my car. As a result my car was damaged and I reported Miway immediately. After making several calls and sending e-mails this is not yet resolved since end of October. If i send e-mails your consultant does not even response or return my call. I think this is not acceptable. also the fact that Miway say I have to chase the towing comnpany for the money yet I know the towing company through Miway.
I expect the consultant to at least call me back or respond to my e-mails and also to I feel Miway should pay me and claim the money back from the towing company
