I have been with standard bank now for a decade. i recently got upgraded to a GOLD cheque card, i started using the card in December. Used all the monies in my account. To my surprise i have back charges. So Standard bank wasn't deducting money in my account while i was busy swapping and withdrawing In December. Now i am LEFT WITH A BIG NEGATIVE AMOUNT thats due to standard bank because of their incompetence. i never experienced this before when i was using my debit card. I AM FURIOUS and ready to change banks!!! someone fix this ASAP
