Incorrectly updating credit bureau information

I have a Nedbank Personal Loan account opened in June 2012. The debit orders deduct the monthly amount required and have been deducting uninterrupted since the account was opened.

The problem though is that on my credit report it says I skipped two payments and fell behind in August and again in October 2012. This has negatively affected a vehicle finance application as this has been the reason given They said it's negative feedback because of my Nedbank personal loan.

Please assist me with accurately updating my account as having been up to date every month since the account was opened. No debit order was returned nor any debit order missed by Nedbank or anything. I've just been declined vehicle finance just because of this error. Please help updating it correctly.
