I received the Mi Way Policy update where they intended increasing my already expensive premium. i looked for a quote a Outsurance who quoted far less than Mi Way. I refered the case to Mi Way. Unfortunately the person who assisted me didn;t have the mandate to review my Policy as the minimum she could quote me on was still expensive. She referred me to her boss hoepfully whose name is Azia. The matter was once more referred to her and the Outsurance quote shared with her. Within few minutes Azia came back with a quoite half my current premium and half of the intended premium increase.

She informed me that they don't want to loose a loyal customer like myself and that se and Mi Way will go a long way to make customers happy, which they did. I am now happy that I am paying half the premium. Azia is exteremely professional, patient and customer focuse. She deserves to be in the positon she is occupying. bless
