I had a policy with Sanlam which I cancelled and was refunded on the 6th of December with a confirmation email that says the policy had been cancelled, but Sanlam went and deducted again on the 13th of December. I have been battling to get someone to assist me at Sanlam, they have now stopped replying to my emails. I don't want this policy anymore and I want my money back now, please!!!
