I have recently been frauded on my credit card, transactions for the entire amount that was available took place in Brazil, a country i have never been to. I was contacted by the department via SMS, i called in and submitted my report, and i was told that the issue would be resolved in a week, the funds will be refunded and a new card will be couried. This morning when i had phoned for a follow up, i am told that this issue can take between 2-6 weeks.
I unfortunately transfer all my funds into my credit card and use this through out the month for day to day expenses. I am now left with no access to money, until Discovery resolves this issue, which could take 6 weeks, and there is no other way that they could assist me. So much for service and loyalty, it is not my fault that my info was leaked out.
