I am dissapointed at what I got from Standard bank this time around. I am buying my second property and the first one is with Standard Bank as well.
But this time, they allocated me Mnisi Attorneys in boksburg. These guys charged me double what I had to pay with the first bond. The value of the second bond is less that the first one.
I also need some involvement of the bank with these Attorneys as I dont think I am getting the level of service that I should be getting. Furthermore they couldnt explain why their fees are 4 times as much as the other attorneys.
I just dont understand this allocation of attorneys that Standardbank is using, but as a client, I am not happy with this transaction. I have since paid the bond costs as I was treatened in Dec that if I dont, then the bank will put my name in bad records. SHOCKING!!!
