NO FEEDBACK FROM SANTAM FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIM

I have been involved in a car accident on the 18/12/2012. It was reported on the 19/12/2012 through my brother's insurance as he was the cause of the accident. Documents were submitted to santam handling the third party claim on the 12/01/2013. I havent received any feedback from santam. I have had to follow up on the claim constantly. On the 19/01/2013 the responsible person was appointed to handle my claim as the assessor already approved the the quotes submitted from the panelbeaters. I was promised that she would draw up an offer on the 29/01/2013. When she didnt email it to me I followed up again on the 30/01/2013. she told me she was too busy to process my claim and that I should just wait like all the other clients waiting to be helped. I feel that this is just a simple offer to be drawn up and im sure it wont even take a half an hour to draw up. I have been more than patient with Santam to handle my third party claim. All I want is the money to be paid into my account so that I can get my car fixed. PLEASE HELP!!!
