I cancelled my policy in Jan with Miway due to ambiguous terms in the contract. A lady phoned me with a special rate, but i said no thanks, i do not trust miway, she said it will be cancelled and no amounts will be deducted. On the 2nd of Feb an amount of R 101.55 has been deducted, why? I cannot get through to your call centre, it keeps on giving options and then cut me off. No one is getting back to me via the website. I need an answer today please. It is to just deduct money you are not authorized to.
