Absa Lets Me Down For The Very Last Time!!!

It irritates and saddens me deeply when you are a more than loyal customer to a bank that continuously insists on treating its customers like garbage! Absa, you have definitely let me down for the very last time! The last incident that took place between myself and Absa relates to the day I applied for vehicle finance with the AVAF division during December through Fourways Lexus. To my shock and dismay my application with you Absa was declined due to affordability issues. Affordability?!! When Lexus enquired further, Absa claimed that I still had an existing vehicle loan with Standard Bank. Let me inform you owe dear Absa that the finance contract I HAD with Std Bank was taken up in 2010 and was then paid up IN FULL by myself in 2011, which was almost THREE YEARS AGO! I even have the settlement letter from Standard Bank to prove this! Just so you know, I easily obtained vehicle finance with Wesbank and took delivery of my vehicle this past Friday! Furthermore, I have been in the process of transferring my Investment Advantage assets elsewhere as I prepare to finally move to another bank; perhaps Capitic!
