End of September my husband wrote off the Ford Focus. Mid October our insurance paid out and MFC had to claim the shortfall from Hollard. The shortfall was paid over on 04.12.13. Mid November we received a further account for R13243.50 from MFC and they said that we owe this outstanding amount. Since 18.12.13 I have been trying to get MFC to correct their records and send a confirmation that this has been sorted out, but they keep ignoring the emails. They then called to say they couldn't trace my husband's account, I again gave them the info and the last cut-off date has now come and gone and still no response. This was the 3rd vehicle we financed through them and never again. my next step is going onto the social media networks to warn people against doing business with MFC and Nedbank.
