I have had endless phone calls trying to sort out the over debiting of my account. The early debiting of my account to such a point where I would pre-load the agreed payment amount on my salary date and phone the bank on a monthly basis to reverse the Debit order.
They have confirmed with HR that our salaries are being paid over on the 13th However banking with a different bank means it will reflect on the 14th. Just understand the frustration having to pay for your child's christmass year end burger and chips on day of closing with no funds AS AFRICAN BANK TOOK AN EARLY DEBIT ORDER!!! IS THIS EVEN LEGAL as far as my knowledge I SIGNED FOR THE 26TH OF EACH MONTH!!!
Now I am being told my Bank has been taken to court by African Bank and they can no longer reverse debit orders. I requested my bank to load a stop order. They cannot even load a stop order against my account.
Is it too much too ask!!! MUST I NOW MOVE ALL MY ACCOUNTS TO ANOTHER BANK AND MUST MY BANK NOW LOSE A CLIENT???
