For the past few months I am suddenly getting my statement in Afrikaans after almost 2 years of receiving it in English. I am not Afrikaans and barely understand the language. Last month I contacted MFC about it. They assured me my language preference has been changed back to English (I have emails to prove it)
I just received this month's statement and it's still in Afrikaans!!!
Why was my language preference changed in the first place? I wonder what else they randomly change.
