Reversal Request

I have reported a wrong payment that should have been paid into Impact services account, I was not Impact services account with FNB. The amount that was paid was R8680.00, when I realised that it was another persons account number with ABSA, I immediately contacted FNB and ABSA. Absa did put a hold on the account, I filled in a reversal request with FNB, their feedback was: MEV LYNETTE COETZER 9284798375 8680 Unsuccessful, Contact Wiseman Mkhabele on 0118520011 / 0719189689, On ABSA side I have received numerious e-mails from Michelle Nelson, that I must ask FNB to contact them as they have placed a hold on the account, I received a ABSA case nr 230806, she went out of her way to assist me, as from FNB side where I am suppose to be a private banker I do not get any joy, I have logged 3 calls on the internet with FNB and yet no joy. This morning I went to FNB with my e-mails from ABSA and yet they could not assist me. Michelle from ABSA said that FNB should have brought it under the attention of David Oosthuizen from ABSA and FNB just said unsuccessful to me. I am really not happy with FNB
