I Have a BMW that has got and extended warranty at liquidcapital, my car is at BMW at the moment and im getting no feedback from liquidcapital, i do have a policy at liquidcapital for my car and i will now today pay for my car engine problem out of my own pocket that i think is very poor service from liquidcapital. They need to pay me an amount of R7742.08 because this is a problem that was supposed to be payed out by the extended warranty that i have got on my car with liquidcapital. What is the use of paying the full amount to liquidcapital for a extended warranty if they cant even come back to you and pay for the service deliver by BMW Secunda.
I need this to be sorted out please, or they must just pay me back the amount that i have payed in full for the extended warranty!!!
(Supplier name changed from Liquid Capital to SA Warranties by Hellopeter.com)
