I had a problem with my insurance and I reported the matter to Legalwise on the 12th of November 2013 and when I call to get the feedback I am always told to leave my number so that the consultant can call me and that never happened until I made an appointment to go and see the consultant on the 26th of November 2013.
What I did not like was the fact that she could not find my file, secondly she oly sent my complaint at the time when I was there that is on the 26th of November 2013 whereas she said she was going to send my complaint on the 12 of November 2013.
I even spoke with her manager but am still experiencing the poor service in terms of the feedback.
I went again and I was told that they will get the response on the 27th of December 2013, I have been trying to get the feedback from the consultant and she only sent an e-mail to the people who should give them the feedback on the 8th of January after having made numerous calls for her to call me and give me the feedback.
