Statements and balances

I was called by Candice on 04DEC2013 after I lodged a complaint about her staff member, and she advised that I send her an email. I waited for her response up until I sent another email on 06JAN2014 but still no response.

I have requested balances and statements from my creditors, their statements are incomplete, the creditor's balances do not correspond, and worst they still pay creditors I've long settled
