Gallardo Finance
Due to late delivery, I had an accident

I had a deal with Gallardo Finance and they promised to deliver my vehicle on 04 December at 18h00.
I arranged a lift to Bloemfontein from Kimberley to pickup my car.
I phoned Shamal 18h15 and said that the driver has still not arrived.
He promised me he spoke to the driver and they would arrive no later than 19h00
At 21h10 they arrived and I still had to travel back to Kimberley, 177km.
Halfway to Kimberley I struck a buck. The parts alone about R12 000.00
I cannot claim from my insurance because they did not inspect the car yet before insuring it.

I feel Gallardo Finance is responsible for the cost, the company that delivered the vehicle was willing to pay for a full tank of fuel, but now I cannot get hold of them through Gallardo Finance.

I emailed Shamal Prag, but he stated that it was not their fault and would not accept responsibility.
