On the 12 Aug 2013 I lodged a complaint about the neighbour who exetnded the house on my wall and I was requested to get the information from the Municipal officials and I did and submit, the responsiple ADV was always on sick leave and not responding I made several emails to the supplier and many phone calls and currently Adv Mthombeni today 9 Jan is frustrating me more that I might not get help because the house is not my primary house and it is my house, negative responds and being told that i will be helped and of which i dont get help frustrate me. MY REQUEST IS TO BE ASSISTED AS PROMISED FROM THE BEGGINING WHEN I TAKE THE POLICY
