Phone Standard Bank home loans to make an application for access bond so that I can put extra money into my bond accounts. I told I need to do FICA. I go to Industria branch to do FICA Im told the scanner hasn't been working I must go to another branch.

In the month of November 13 I receive a threatening call from standard Bank Gezina to email or fax documents for FICA otherwise my account will be closed. I do as I'm requested then in the month of December I receive another call from another guy from Standard Bank Central office to send my proof of salary and FICA documents. I tell him that has been done already, then he apologises and says he will follow up with a colleague.

My concern is the amount of time I get to waste when dealing with my bank.

If someone can just do their job and update all my records, why FICA is requested when I apply for an access bond? why the bank doesn't communicate with me and wait for me to apply for something.

I love the bank but dealing with branches can be very frustrating sometimes.
