I am still waiting for feedback after 2 weeks!

I logged a complaint on FNB's compliment / complaint page on online banking 2 days ago, reference number: 94HNPFWD and according to the response I got, a consultant had to contact me WITHIN 24 hours! Firstly, I am waiting since 20 December 2013 when I did an application, ever since my application, 4 consultant from FNB contacted me and I have sent all required documentation. A lady from Lifestyle also contacted me and I had to RESEND my documentation. This is really poor and very disappointing of FNB, I am waiting for over 2 weeks now for feedback after having signed and sent all my docs.

I need to know why FNB is taking SO LONG to pay out after having done all the formalities. I am starting to reconsider banking with FNB any longer I have never received such pathetic service from my bank.
