Going to 4 different branches, being there before the branches close, and not being helped. Went to Capitec on 4 different occasions, and each branch found a problem. All I wanted was a multi loan, I have an existing loan with them already, they just keep finding fault, because they don't want to help. My money goes off every month and always on time. I've been waiting for 30 minutes, but when it's my time they won't help. They didn't find fault when I applied for my 1st loan. Why now? I'm the one who pays it all the time, never miss a payment. They expecing a divorve letter, for what? I pay my things not him. I'm frustrated with Capitec. If u have to helped the last client, you have to. I understand ur shift end at a certain time, but then why do you still let clients in at 4:50? Or 5:50 pm at N1 City? This place is frustrating a person.
