Yesterday I requested a settlement letter from via a phone. The consultant said I will receive the letter that same day.By 16h30 I have not received any settlement letter and I phoned again. Once again the consultant said I shall receive the letter the same day.
Today, I have still not received any settlement letter. I phoned again and now the consultant said that I shall only receive the settlement letter tomorrow.
Please I need to submit this to this settlement letter to the bank today still.
