Shocking Service

I was trying raise a bond to purchase a new house and worked through Better Bonds, I was given a contact at the personal banking at Rosebank, namely Annie Govender. I went into the bank to see Annie and discussed the option of using Nedbank to raise a bond. I must honest I had a judgement which I was in the process of having removed, even supplied court papers authorizing the removal of the judgement. We discussed moving all our banking to Nedbank and the possibility of the bond been raised through Nedbank. I thought great, this is great service, then my frustration started, I have never had such poor feedback and service from a bank, I had to chase up all the time to get feedback, on one occasion I spoke to Annie and she was to respond within 4 working days, on the fifth day I phoned the bank again only to be told she was away on leave, once again delayed. I even left two messages for her manager, I believe a Des Chetty, to date no response, I received a email from Annie on the 11 December, saying that the application has the highest urgency and she would revert as soon as she received feedback, to date I have received NOTHING.
