1.I submitted an offer for an ABSA insolvent estate on the my roof ABSA site Ref MR042348 which currently still shows my offer as the highest pending offer. Offer submitted last week.to find out today through an estate agent that ABSA has accepted another offer. I find this unethical that I was not contacted by ABSA to be given the chance to match offer or notified thereof. Clearly the opportunity of purchase was given to a "preferred contact" as what often happens when a friend of a friend works at a company. I am a good customer of ABSA but will be thinking seriously of using a different bank for my new bond.
2. My current insurance claim Ref 2509902 on my property from 23 Dec 2013, has still not been completed. I was promised feedback by the 3jan 2013, but am still waiting.
ABSA home loans is definitely NOT the key to your needs.
Disappointed and very unhappy at the bad service and no feedback. I have lost faith and trust in ABSA
